Donations
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our donations page. While you visit our site, we may track pages you have viewed. This is, for example, to show you products you have recently viewed. Your location, IP address and browser type will be logged. This is for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping, if applicable.
When you give a donation, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card or payment details, and optional account username and password. We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Who on Our Team Has Access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. This includes members of our immediate team, as well as members of our web team and third party contractors working on our website. These team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, keep the website operational, and support you.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Security
The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, log out requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates. This information is retained for 21 days. Backups of security log details are retained for 9 days.
Malware Scanning
This site may be scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by Sucuri’s SiteCheck or a similar service.
